FARMERS MARKET PRE-ORDERS & BULK ORDERS

Farmers Market Pre-Orders & Bulk Orders (Great Food in Larger Quantities) 

Everyone can order (not just our CSA members)!  We like to offer everyone the chance to order produce we have in abundance for preserving, storage, or parties.  :)

How To Place Your Order:  Unless otherwise noted, we must receive your paid-for order by noon two days before the day of the week associated with your pickup location of choice (see list below).  For example, if you wish to pick up at a Thursday location we must have your order by noon the preceding Tuesday.  We are NOT able to fill late orders.

You must let us know in the comments where you'd like to pick up.  On the cart page before you click "checkout" there is a a white box below your ordered product that says "special instructions for seller".  Please enter your desired pickup location in this box.  If you don't let us know it could delay your order as we will have to reach out to you.

Please note that from the months of November through May, CSA pickups occur during the following weeks: 11/13, 11/27, 12/11, 1/1, 1/15, 1/29, 2/12, 2/26, 3/11, 3/25, 4/8, 4/22, 5/6

Home Delivery Wednesdays-Fridays via Mass Food Delivery (orders due by noon Thursday a week in advance!)

WESTERN MA:

  • Northampton Saturdays 10-2pm 67 Conz Street, Northampton Senior Center winter market on 1/13, 1/27, 2/10, 2/24, 3/9, and 3/23 (orders due by noon Friday preceding pickup)
  • Springfield Saturdays 10-2pm 200 Trafton Road (in the Monkey House), Springfield winter farmers market at Forest Park on 1/20, 2/3, 2/17, 3/2, 3/16, 3/30, 4/13, and 4/27 (orders due by noon Friday preceding pickup)
  • Granby Fridays 3-6pm 7 Carver Street, Red Fire Farm's Retail Store (orders due by noon Monday preceding pickup)
  • Montague Fridays 3-6pm 172 Meadow Road, Red Fire Farm

EASTERN MA:

  • Jamaica Plain Fridays 3:30-6:30pm 633 Centre Street, First Baptist Church
  • Somerville Fridays 3:30-6:30 pm 191 Highland Avenue #1A, Arts at the Armory
  • Cambridge Fridays 4-7pm 684 Mass Avenue, The Daily Table
  • Worcester Fridays 3-6pm 90 Main Street, First Unitarian Church
  • Somerville Saturdays 9:30-1:30pm 191 Highland Avenue #1A, Arts at the Armory on 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30 and 4/6
  • Wayland Saturdays 10:30-2pm 1397 Boston Post Road, Russell's Garden Center on 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24, 3/2, and 3/9. 
Please put pick up in your calendar. Orders that are not picked up will be charged in full, as they have already been harvested, packed and delivered. Feel free to call the farm at (413) 467-7647, or email orders@redfirefarm.com with questions.

 

HOW TO ORDER TIPS:

1. Select your items by clicking on the product photos located at the bottom of this Bulk Order page

2. Click "Add To Cart" and either continue shopping for additional items or click "View Cart" to go to checkout

3. In the "Special Instructions for Seller" comment box, please write in the CSA or market pickup location from which you would like to pick up your bulk order (i.e. "Armory in Somerville", "Life Alive in Cambridge", "Red Fire North in Montague", "Springfield Farmers Market," etc.) and click "Check Out"

4. Enter your contact information (either email or phone number)

5. Under the "Delivery Method" section, select "Pick Up" (IMPORTANT: Do NOT select “Ship" even if you are a Home Delivery CSA member. You must select "Pick Up" for bulk ordering!)

6. Under the "Pickup Locations" section, select Your Selected CSA or Market Pickup Location and then click "Continue To Payment"  (IMPORTANT NOTE:  All of our bulk orders being picked up at markets and CSAs will show an address of "184 Meadow Rd in Montague" simply because this is where our main offices are located; you may disregard this address.  Rest assured as long as you get that requested note in the comments box of where you'd truly like to pick up we'll send it to that location for you!)

7. Fill out your payment information and click either "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" to submit your bulk order

Please note that our staff will be in touch with you to clarify the details of your order if either you selected items or pickup location is not clear on our end, so be on the lookout for a potential email or phone call from a member of our staff. Thanks!
