Red Fire Farm Bulk Orders (Great Food in Larger Quantities)

Bulk ordering is available to everyone, not just our CSA members! We like to offer the chance to order produce we have in abundance for preserving, storage, or parties to as many people as possible.

How To Place Your Order: Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon two days before you want to pick them up. Exceptions include:

Orders for Fridays and Saturdays must be placed by 12:00 noon on Wednesday.
Orders for Tuesdays must be placed by 12:00 noon on Friday.
Orders for home delivery must be placed by 12:00 noon on Thursday the week before you’d like the delivery.

How To Choose A Pickup Location: Please select your pick up location from our list at checkout. So long as your order is placed in advance per our ordering guidelines above, your order will be ready the next time that pickup location/day occurs.

If we need to make any adjustments to your order or pick-up location/day, you will receive an email from us. If you do not hear from us, your order is all set!

DEEP WINTER CSA LOCATIONS

Please note that Deep Winter CSA and bulk order pick-ups occur EVERY OTHER WEEK from January to March on the following dates: 1/10, 1/24, 2/7, 2/21, 3/7, 3/21. Here is the list of available locations:

Granby Fridays 3-6pm 7 Carver Street, Red Fire Farm's Retail Store (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Montague Fridays 3-6pm 172 Meadow Road, Red Fire Farm (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Northampton Saturdays 10am-2pm 67 Conz Street, Northampton Senior Center Winter Market (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)

EASTERN MA:

Jamaica Plain Fridays 3:30-6:30pm 633 Centre Street, First Baptist Church (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Somerville Fridays 3:30-6:30pm 191 Highland Avenue #1A, Arts at the Armory (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Cambridge Fridays 4-7pm 684 Mass Avenue, The Daily Table (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Worcester Fridays 3-6pm 90 Main Street, First Unitarian Church (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Somerville Winter Farmers Market Saturdays 9:30am-1:30pm 191 Highland Avenue #1A, Arts at the Armory (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)

FARMERS MARKETS:

Amherst Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturdays only) 8am-1:30pm 62 South Pleasant Street, Amherst Farmers Market adjacent the Town Common (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Northampton Saturdays 10am-2pm 67 Conz Street, Northampton Senior Center winter market (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Springfield Saturdays (every other week) 10am-2pm 200 Trafton Road (in the Monkey House), Springfield winter farmers market at Forest Park (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Somerville Saturdays 9:30am-1:30pm 191 Highland Avenue #1A, Somerville Winter Farmers Market in Arts at the Armory (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)
Wayland Saturdays 10:30-2pm 397 Boston Post Road, Russell’s Garden Center (orders due by noon Wednesday preceding pickup)

Please put your pick-up in your calendar. Orders that are not picked up will not be refunded, as they have already been harvested, packed, and delivered. Feel free to call the farm at (413) 467-7647, or email orders@redfirefarm.com with questions.

HOW TO ORDER TIPS

1. Select your items by clicking on the product photos located at the bottom of this Bulk Order page

2. Click "Add To Cart" and either continue shopping for additional items or click "View Cart" to go to checkout

3. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Check Out"

4. Enter your email address

5. Under the "Delivery" section, select your pick-up site. If you do not see the site you want on the list, click the blue “See more locations” link at the top or bottom of the list of options–you may have to click this a few times to reveal your site. (IMPORTANT: Even if you are a Home Delivery CSA member, you will be selecting a “pick up site” called CSA Home Delivery. Home Delivery is only available to CSA members.)

6. Once you have selected your location, enter your payment info and your contact info. (IMPORTANT: If you opt to pay with EBT, farm credit, or your Farmstand Card, please note that we can not dispatch your order until it is paid for. We will follow up with you via email to complete payment, so keep an eye out for our message so your order can be completed in time for your expected pick-up!)

7. Click either "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" to submit your bulk order
