Red Fire Farm Bulk Orders (Great Food in Larger Quantities)
Bulk ordering is available to everyone, not just our CSA members! We like to offer the chance to order produce we have in abundance for preserving, storage, or parties to as many people as possible.
How To Place Your Order
- Shop our store to select your items. Once finished, select "View Cart."
- From the cart page, you will need to write in your desired CSA pickup/farmers market location in the "Special Instructions For Seller" notes section. Once finished, select "Check Out."
- On the check out page, delivery will default to "Ship." You can ignore this, as you will have already told us the location at which you'd like to pick up. Simply fill out your payment information and, once finished, select "Pay Now."
If we need to make any adjustments to your order or pick-up location/day, you will receive an email from us. If you do not hear from us, your order is all set!
IMPORTANT: Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon two days before you want to pick them up. Exceptions include:
- Orders for Fridays and Saturdays must be placed by 12:00 noon on Wednesday.
- Orders for Tuesdays must be placed by 12:00 noon on Friday.
- Orders for home delivery must be placed by 12:00 noon on Thursday the week before you’d like the delivery.
FALL CSA LOCATIONS
Please note that Fall CSA and bulk order pick-ups occur EVERY OTHER WEEK in November and December. Pickups will occur the weeks of 11/3, 11/17, 12/1 and 12/15.

Please put your pick-up in your calendar. Orders that are not picked up will not be refunded, as they have already been harvested, packed, and delivered. Feel free to call the farm at (413) 467-7647, or email orders@redfirefarm.com with questions.
HOW TO ORDER TIPS
1. Select your items by clicking on the product photos located at the bottom of this Bulk Order page
2. Click "Add To Cart" and either continue shopping for additional items or click "View Cart" to go to checkout
3. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Check Out"
4. Enter your email address
5. Under the "Delivery" section, select your pick-up site. If you do not see the site you want on the list, click the blue “See more locations” link at the top or bottom of the list of options–you may have to click this a few times to reveal your site. (IMPORTANT: Even if you are a Home Delivery CSA member, you will be selecting a “pick up site” called CSA Home Delivery. Home Delivery is only available to CSA members.)
6. Once you have selected your location, enter your payment info and your contact info. (IMPORTANT: If you opt to pay with EBT, farm credit, or your Farmstand Card, please note that we can not dispatch your order until it is paid for. We will follow up with you via email to complete payment, so keep an eye out for our message so your order can be completed in time for your expected pick-up!)
7. Click either "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" to submit your bulk order
