One bushel of Honeycrisp variety apples from Cold Spring Orchard in Belchertown, MA (local low-spray IPM grower). Honeycrisp apples are sweet, snappy, and juicy. In our opinion, these are best for snacking, but some sources say they work for baking as well! Either way, we'd encourage you to look to other varieties for saucing and preserving.
